Ordering

Do I need to order ahead of time? Will you capture the whole event?

We will endeavour to capture all competition events, so you can order before, during and after the competition.

We will accept late orders. The website for the event will stay open  after close of competition close.

Orders submitted 30 days after competition end date may attract an additional $15.00 fee. If the online shop option is no longer available for your event, contact us through the Contact Us page, email or by phone.

Costs

Downloading of videos is included in the basic cost, links will be emailed to supplied email addresses for download. USBs are an additional $18.00 for media, data down load and postage within Australia, these options are available at checkout. USBs will be posted as soon as possible after competition finish.

Refunds

We understand that the competition memories are important to you. Brightwoods will endeavour to capture the entire event, if we encounter any issues and a competition event video cannot be recorded due to any  cancelation, or technical failure a refund will be made available for that event.

Acknowledgements

We acknowledge the traditional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owners of country throughout Australia and pay our respects to them, their culture and their Elders past, present and emerging.

We also acknowledge Māori as tangata whenua and Treaty of Waitangi partners in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Brightwoods pays an annual and other licence fees to ARIA (APRA AMCOS) to support appropriate copyright use, which in turn supports artists.
